Welcome to Lauren's Wellness, your local massage studio specializing in making women feel their best! I am certified in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, Wood therapy (Maderoterapia), Prenatal/Postnatal Massage and LD, Pain and Stress Relief.

After having kids, I realized how important it is to take care of the mind and body, and I found my passion in helping others feel their best and improve their quality of life. I have a background in massage therapy, yoga, herbal medicine, prenatal/postnatal doula, and energy work.

My mission is to provide affordable and quality care for anyone in need. I believe massage therapy should be an essential part of everyone's maintenance routine, and I want people who do truly need the therapy to be able to come when they need.
