Welcome to Lauren's Wellness, your local massage & lymphatic studio specializing in making women feel their best!

I am certified in Massage therapy, Brazilian & Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage, Wood therapy (Maderoterapia), Prenatal/Postnatal Massage and LD, & Pain and Stress relief.

After having kids, I realized how important it is to take care of the mind and body, & found my passion in helping others feel their best and improve their quality of life. I also have a background in yoga, herbal medicine, prenatal/postpartum doula, and energy work.
My mission is to provide affordable and quality care for anyone in need. I believe massage therapy should be an essential part of everyone's maintenance routine, and I want people who do truly need the therapy to be able to come when they need.

Cancellation/No show Policy
All cancellations or reschedules need to be made 24 hours prior to appointment time. If made past that time, you will be charged $50.
If you are a no show, you will be charged the full service amount. Cancelling 2 hours or less is considered a no show.
New Client Policy
New clients are required to pay a $50 deposit. The deposit goes towards your service amount. If you need cancel or reschedule for any reason, it is refundable up until 24 hours before appointment time. After the 24 hours, it's non refundable and will be used as your late cancellation fee.
