Welcome to Lauren's Wellness, your local massage & lymphatic studio specializing in making women feel their best!

I am certified in Massage therapy, Brazilian & Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage, Wood therapy (Maderoterapia), Prenatal/Postnatal Massage and LD, Pain and Stress relief.

After having kids, I realized how important it is to take care of the mind and body, & found my passion in helping others feel their best and improve their quality of life. I also have a background in yoga, herbal medicine, prenatal/postpartum doula, and energy work.
My mission is to provide affordable and quality care for anyone in need. I believe massage therapy should be an essential part of everyone's maintenance routine, and I want people who do truly need the therapy to be able to come when they need.
